File Missing? Where can i get it? #734

So, I'm having pair issue, and this file https://1drv.ms/u/s!An8ls2qnV1z_n_57p7s2utrsq_x0LQ, is offline, does somebody have it, or another link for it? (it's the file made to help pairing the ps motion controler)
