Persistent URLs for Searches #132

As a researcher (or SCL staff member helping a researcher), I would like a static/semantic URL for a canned search result in the digital collections site, so that I can easily retain, share or refer to a set of digitized items for later.

For MVP, use Blacklight bookmark feature where searches can be stored in a table.
