College of Medicine data import #36

This project is to import the College of Medicine data from their OASIS database. The data is "faculty quality" and "effort" data that resides in their Qlik system which is sent to the OASIS database that we get a report from a SFTP site (Alex has this information). Once we pull the data it will need cross referenced with the users in Activity Insight using the Penn State Health Username and the Username field in Activity Insight. Their data only comes with the Penn State Health Username. Once names are matched that data will be imported into two screens based on the spreadsheet, College of Medicine Instruction Taught and College of Medicine Course Evaluations. From Nicole to the CoM team: We will add up the teaching hours if the Course year, Course, and Event match and we will be excluding the Event Date and Time from the report structure.
