Feature Request: Auto Publish Comment System #68

Is there a way to set it so commenting is automatic instead of having to publish to NodeBB? Love this system but I keep forgetting to publish and then it causes blog posts to be ignored.

It's possible, but will need a bit of a rewrite. I'll take that into consideration as I am actually planning on revamping this plugin this coming week
