feed shows error 'HTTP Status 412 - Cookie support required' #696

With Quite-rss v0.17.2 I have problems getting the content of the feed
'http://www.automatiseringgids.nl/rssfeed/artikelen'.

For instance the feed 
'http://www.automatiseringgids.nl/nieuws/2014/53/amazon-chromebooks-ongekend-pop
ulair' gives this error:
          HTTP Status 412 - Cookie support required

          type Status report

          message Cookie support required

          description A specified precondition has failed for this request (Cookie support required).

          Apache Tomcat/6.0.28

When I open the specific feed in a browser the page is displayed. Also when I 
view the same feed in feedreader the feed is shown.

I have tried disable AdBlock for this site but this doesn't help. Also I 
checked the settings and the Cookie setting under the privacy tab of the 
browser option is set to 'Allow local data to be set'. I can't find any other 
options concerning cookies. In the previous version I did not have this problem.

I can confirm that the problem is solved in version 0.17.3. Version 0.17.2 
notified me at startup that there is a new version but the history list could 
not loaded. This also happens in version 0.17.3.
