OpenCL 2.0 support #41

Despite the library currently compiles and seems to work with OpenCL 2.0, the CL headers/standard should be reviewed to:

extract new functions, types and constants that appeared in 2.0,
elaborate what functions constants are deprecated or removed.

So, real support for 2.0 needs some work to be done.
