Chore(service): cleanup unused api and group swagger-ui #220

In this PR we:

Group swagger endpoints by domain and add descriptions
Remove unused and faulty /thread endpoint (easy less complexity! :rocket: https://github.com/pubky/pubky-nexus/issues/155 taking the alternative sane approach)

For tests to work you need a working neo4j and redis instance with the example dataset in docker/db-graph
