Hi everybody! πŸ‘

We all at Public Lab 🎈 - learn, grow, work, brainstorm ideas, contribute together so why not share about our weekly goals and the awesome work we have done at Public Lab with each other, so we can support and collaborate with each other better. We have a Community Check-In each week, where every community member can share something about their work from the past week and about their current week's goal 🎯 . You are also welcome to share fun-fact πŸ˜„ , new ideas πŸ’‘ , your learning goals β˜‘οΈ.

We believe in collaborative efforts to support our community. We are running a learning platform which helps a newcomer to become a leader of tomorrow. πŸ’―

Hi @cesswairimu thank you for this topic!

I mentioned the "brazilian lofi hip hop" channel: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jfKfPfyJRdk and there are many others like it, all great! I love how they took the original looped animated image of someone studying at their desk (first image below), and made many more fun versions of it:

Also I found My Analog Journal via @noi5e and love it -- this one especially: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k8OwzWNZEUI&list=PL5j6XCkZ2C6xc97X5ErucuhQkDpXxZ8HD&index=3

I know I'm a bit late to the party on this one but I just wanted to say that I love listening to music and coding, but only as two separate endeavours πŸ˜† πŸ˜†

I can never seem to effectively do both at the same time. Probably because I'm more of a rap and hip-hop gal, and so most times I find myself singing and dancing to the songs rather than actually coding 🀣

But a must-have when I'm coding is a bottle of water to stay hydrated and help me glance away from the screen from time to time.

I agree I used to play Snoop while doing DSA questions. Not suggested while coding πŸ˜‚. Then switched to no music mode it was effective. Today after being stuck for too long, I switched genre to low-fi something, and it did the trick, head nodding and problem-solving. Sometimes I take a brisk walk to clear my mind and let my subconscious do the job.
