Heckin weird, appears to happen when it tries to remove weapons and start the fight?

Probs just needs a complete rewrite

Might be better to have it as a !knifefight that's advertised in chat/hintbox instead of a sourcemod menu popup

sm_simpleknifefight

• When a 1v1 situation occurs:
  • Display in the hintbox a "Type !knifefight to agree to a knifefight" type message
  • sm_hsay in-engine, not sure what function you'd call
  • If both players accept:
  • Disable damage from other weapons for the duration of the fight
  • Display another hintbox message "%u agreed to the fight!"

When throwing nades/snowballs

• Needs to override or disable sm_damageblocklist when fight is active
• !kf short trigger

still no easy solution to the damageblocklist conflict that i can think of

nice to have: cvars for:

• Set health to value if below value at start of fight sm_simpleknifefight_minhealth (0 ~ 100)
• Set time of round timer if below value of sm_simpleknifefight_mintime (0 ~ ?)
• Teleport players to ct / t spawn sm_simpleknifefight_teleport (no | (ct | t))

another thing i want to do is auto switch both players to knife when the fight starts
