Tool tips are pushed behind the wrap and footer #79

The tool tips and any dropdown-toggle menu are pushed behind the #wrap, if it is expanding outside the it's parent div.

Please pardon me if I'm not able to explain my self properly, but kindly refer the below links to understand the bug.
