What maintenance needs to be done?

The hygf location in the Eastasian library should only ship items to East Asian Library locations. Right now they go to Firestone Library.

[ ] hygf holdings with barcoded items attached ship only to the East Asian Library
[ ] hygf holdings that are holdings only with no item data ship only to the East Asian Library

Many of the records in this location have holdings with no barcoded items.
