Move Latest POD Full Data Dump to new Share #483

Copy the latest POD Full Data to the new fileshare we are creating to store the files for public download on the web.

Move files from 2/8/2023 on lib-sftp in /alma/pod to the new mount /open_marc_records/.

Because the servers can't talk to each other directly, I just downloaded the files locally, and am now rsyncing them up to the staging server (since as far as I know the production nfs still has firewall issues).

rsync -rv ~/Documents/pod_full_dump/ deploy@lib-jobs-staging1.princeton.edu:/mnt/nfs/open_marc_records/

Files are now on both staging and production
