This is going to require an OIT SN@P request regarding how best to support VPN authentication over the command-line interface.

This was a significant obstacle for the previous attempt at resolving this with https://github.com/pulibrary/ruby-for-archivesspace/pull/13

In order to advance this for the next workshop session, I am going to proceed with requesting that the endpoint remain open until the next session is held.

https://lyrasis.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/11323 will need to be fulfilled in order to ensure that this is completed for the workshop session scheduled for this afternoon.

This was successful for 03/30/22, however, the staging REST API must also be available on a more permanent basis.
