This was a blocking issue for participants who could not access the staging environment by default from the Google Cloud Shell environment.

https://github.com/pulibrary/ruby-for-archivesspace/tree/main/sessions/session2-aspace-intro#create-testrb does specify @sandbox, hence this may have been an issue related to the persistence of files on the Google Cloud Shell.
