Is this in the SRS or is it something we can just remove?

FR12, cannot add screenshot, I am on my phone. User shall be able to get a new password sent to their email address. This is optional though, I will check with analysts.

I will put change request to remove this constraint. If you just remove the text it the issue can be considered solved.
