If you're using CMDCam mod, then that maybe the issue. I don't know about updates to new versions, but back in 1.12.2 CMDCam relied on the real time to progress the camera animation. If that's the same case, then it's a problem on CMDCam's side rather than Minema's.

You are correct, it is CMDs fault. Work fine when flying by myself really fast.
