No more elaborate instructions for setting up a Windows host now that
the switch has been made to WSL2.
NOTE: This no longer supports Windows and Linux containers
side-by-side, but that feature was never used anyhow.
To prevent scenarios where the environment may append a DNS suffix
unexpectedly to the CSR generated for a new agent, make sure to
set the agents certname value to the expected name
This makes it easier to control an agents name in testing scenarios
like TravisCI
