flymake support #2

Puppet has nice parser validate command which can be used together with flymake. Please take a look at @lurdan/puppet-syntax-emacs fork for sample implementation.

I've just implemented this locally, and it works really well! Its a lot like https://github.com/scrooloose/syntastic for emacs. Would be nice if it were included by default upstream.
