Breaking changes to happen before `1.0`

We'll collect here all the things scheduled for deprecation, removal and general breakage to happen before 1.0. This list will be kept up to date as time goes.

• [x] Remove psc-package compatibility commands: #425
• [x] Rename list-packages command to ls packages: #563
• [ ] Stop migrating ConfigV1 (without sources) to ConfigV2 (with sources)
• [x] Stop migrating old package set versions to new locations (see https://github.com/spacchetti/spago/pull/322 for context)
• [ ] Remove list-packages, bundle and make-module commands
• [x] Remove the mkPackage file from package-sets

Now that the rate of changes has slowed down I don't think we need this issue anymore, so I'll close
