Missing Files/Issues installing #2

I am using Mint 18.2 with espeak installed from the repository. I am getting the error shown below, not sure what else I can try. $ espeak --voices Can't read data file: '/home/{{uname}}/espeak-data/phontab' Failed to load espeak-data
