Netbox 4.0 support #3

Have not changed serializers as I'm not quite sure how to handle that (https://github.com/netbox-community/netbox/blob/master/docs/plugins/development/migration-v4.md#rest-api)

Thank you very much for the work on this, and apologies for the slow feedback, since I've been on vacation.

I've retroactively made the current state of netbox-plugin-mclag as v0.1, so that we can bump to v0.2 once Netbox 4.0 support is integrated, since it seems the changes to support 4.0 will also break support for 3.6, and require a minimum of 3.7.

I expect to review this and add any missing parts later during the week.

Oops, looks like I accidentally clobbered over your remote git branch in a way that closed it with no way for me to re-open it, after a botched rebase.

I'm going to keep working on this in a branch on this repo instead.
