What

QoL updates to RMUI.

Why

TAK zip upgrades with ATAK so, that zip delivers callsign & prefs, among others.

How/changes

• TAK zip upgrades to ATAK: some changes to atak startupguide
• Also remove the image of "lataa viestiperusteet" -button of the guides (people clicked it thinking that it was the button to do it)
• Make user's approval waiting screen bit more informative
• Make errorview bit more informative, and add the feedbackform there for now
• Add feedbackform link to the footer
• In user mgmt tools, notify the user on creating codes that these codes actually work multiple times (so you don't have to create one per user, as I have noticed someone to do in the demoserver
• Add loading animation that will play during accept/reject user, so that the UI is reactive for backend waiting
• Fix compatibility issue in which some Androids were not able to read the QR-code (add white margin to the qrcode)
• Make user mgmt/create enroll codes view bit more informative
• Refactor EnrollApprovalView to use enum-like approvalState, instead of many booleans managing that

Todo

• Atak guides need a rework for the users that do NOT read any guides
• Check for consistency & refactor any spaghetti over the UI code
• Add internationalization support via i18n
