Uncover 7.0.2. 14.4.2; HOMEbAR freezes time to time.

The home bar in LS is visible but is unresponsive time to time. fine after respring. Even on home screen sometimes. but still can access CC .

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. unlock Iphone
2. slide finger up to unlock
3. no response, bar is visible but doesnt unlock
4. Still possible to access CC . All fine after a respring
