accessibility deficiency: click outside modal does not close modal #12

best practice and WCAG propose to close modals when clicked outside of them. current (dismissable) modals do not follow this practice.

reproduction

steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'editor.slidenotes.io'
  2. Click on 'presentation options'
  3. modal opens: "slide design"
  4. click outside of modal (semi-transparent overlay obscures editor) does not close modal

expected behavior

  1. click outside of modal (on the semi-transparent overlay that obscures the editor) closes modal
