window title doesn't update when adding titles to the playlist #342

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. put some videos in the playlist
2. play them
3. add some more videos to the playlist during playback

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the title to change from "XYZ - (4/4)" to "XYZ - (4/8)". Instead
it only changed whem playing video #5

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
gnome-mplayer 0.9.9/SVN@r1616 on fedora 12
