please add cp-1256 to encoding list #411

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. play srt file with encoding cp-1256
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
view the arabic subtitle

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

0.9.9.2
Please provide any additional information below.

please add cp-1256 to the default set of subs encoding

I added to the SVN version.

However, you can also just type in 'cp1256' into the subtitle file encoding 
drop down. In Edit->Preferences [subtitles]

I do so since 0.8.x versions but its forgot by the time i reopen the preference 
menu again

Yes it will be in the next release. I have also fixed a problem where the typed 
in values were not being displayed properly.
