Sound system by default #537

1. Select sound system by default in gnome-mplayer
2. Start JACK with Qjackctl
3. The mplayer audio out does not connect to JACK

Normally the audio output should connect to JACK automatically, if JACK is not 
running the sound system by default select alsa or pulseaudio correctly

Architecture: i386
OS: Ubuntu 10.04.2
gnome-mplayer: 1.0.3 or 1.0.4
mplayer: 1.0~rc3+svn20090426-1ubuntu16.1+medibuntu1
JACK: 0.120.2 or 1.9.7

Run gnome-mplayer -v from the terminal and post the log.

Why are you not selecting 'jack' as the preferred audio output?
