Width of full-screen controls #574

I think it is inconvenient to show full-width controls in windowed and
maximized views, and 1/2-width controls in full-screen mode. I like it better
when they're in the same proportion in all views.

Patch for full-width FS controls is in attachment (it's really simple, but
anyway).

I'll consider this, but I do like the way it is now for the most part. I do
find that on a large screen (1920 pixels wide) the bar seems a little large.
I'm willing to compromise, perhaps make the bar no less than the original video
size? (ie 1/2 the screen width or the width of the video, whichever is larger)

My main point is consistency along views. Controls looks natural in
windowed/maximized modes, but something is missing on the edges in full-screen,
so full-width everywhere seems to be a solution.

I think it will be fine on displays of any width until controls height is not
scaled.
