Crashplan blocked despite all services and apps giving " #31

Crashplan worked a few months ago and now is permanently blocked by tinywall. All running services (crashplanservice.exe) are whitelisted without restrictions. I have looked into the connections log and can confirm tinywall is blocking crashplanservice.exe. I seem unable to get it to let it through. Unlbocking in the connections log has no impact.

uninstalling tinywall and reinstalling seems to have fixed the issue.
