PEP 541 Request: ssh-mitm-plugins #3301

Open manfred-kaiser opened 1 year ago

manfred-kaiser commented 1 year ago

Project to be claimed

ssh-mitm-plugins: https://pypi.org/project/ssh-mitm-plugins

Your PyPI username

ruzima: https://pypi.org/user/ruzima

and/or

ssh-mitm: https://pypi.org/user/ssh-mitm

Reasons for the request

The project "ssh-mitm-plugins" is an additional repository for my open source project "SSH-MITM"..

I'm the owner of the github organization of SSH-MITM and the source code of the project "ssh-mitm-plugins" is also stored in this organization: https://github.com/ssh-mitm/ssh-mitm-plugins

The project was created by a work colleague, before he switched to another company. I'm only added as a maintainer for the pypi project "ssh-mitm-plugins" and so I'm not able to manage this project on pypi.org

Maintenance or replacement?

Contact and additional research

My support email address support@ssh-mitm.at for the SSH-MITM project is stored in the project meta data. You can send me a mail to verify my ownership for this project.

There is also a second account on pypi.org with the username "ssh-mitm". The support@ssh-mitm.at address is assigned to this user. Both accounts are mine. The difference is that "ssh-mitm" is only used to maintaiin the SSH-MITM project and "ruzima" is used to maintain all my projects (including SSH-MITM).

It's also ok for me if you want to transfer the ownership of the project to the "ssh-mitm" user, because the support@ssh-mitm.at addess is assigned to this user.

Hi @manfred-kaiser,

I have sent the Owner of the package a courtesy message to see if they are interested in transferring ownership. Thanks.
