147 add roll pass hooks for tension and kinemtic calculations #149

Added hooks for coupled calculation between units with tensions. The solution to include the tension elongation can be seen as a suggestion and is still up for discussion. Closes #147.

Tension hooks are delayed until further conceptual discussion. Cheery picked the exit stuff in #156.
