Quota/bandwidth limiting support #1

With per-IP rules in place, it should be simple to add tc classes for bandwidth limiting.

Sounds like a great feature, is this something you are working on? Thanks for your efforts

For the time being i have done a quick hack to the javascript of the HTML file so that I can total up data used from all hosts and publish on the usage.html file. That way users in the house can at least self manage to a degree. I've added a cron job to delete the .db file on the 1st of each month when my ISP roles over my monthly quota.

I didn't get around to implementing this. I feel like there are a couple of high-quality tools that already have OpenWrt and LuCI support.
