lots of HTML and SCSS involved. I'm done for the weekend.

• i18n for international localisation. existing shortcodes can be found in themes/github/.../i18n
  • e.g: table_of_contents -> {{ i18n "table_of_contents"}} will translate "table of contents" to "table des matières" automatically when placed in md/else. neat!
  • NB: shortcode does not seem to work in SCSS, or when surrounded by quotes.
• I might need to align 'Contents' header with main paragraph, but it'll still look good regardless.
• am not sure how to translate months to French. see here whenever I decide to try again.
