Add 'exclusion' to examples of unacceptable behaviour

@lucypatriciacarey I think you mean "exclusion" like when someone excludes another person from a lunch on the basis of their identity (e.g. gender). Is that correct? If not, could you provide an example of the inappropriate behavior?

If so, I don't think that sentence is the right place to add an example of this. It should be a detailed sentence in its own right. I also think this would still fall under discrimination, which is already covered.

I'm also not sure about adding it at all. People could think the note could refer to excluding people (aka banning them) from attending PyCon after an incident. Events should have the ability to exclude people who violate a Code of Conduct. See the paradox of tolerance.

@lucypatriciacarey thank you for your suggestion. I agree with @sagesharp on the concern of adding this clause without a bit more detail leads to easy misinterpretation.

Perhaps another revision moving this into it's own sentence and giving it a bit more detail would help us review and decide.

Understood - I did mean it on the basis of purposefully excluding people however I do see how this could be abused.
