Got a segmentation fault in the pps runner failing the PPS processing #40

I got a segmenttion fault in the PPS runner this night

[INFO: 2021-11-27 00:01:04 : pps_runner] b'Segmentation fault (core dumped)'

And after that the pps runner only received new messages, but no new processing was started

syslog does not give me much:

but eccodes are involved so, generating some NWP files.
