A pytroll posttroll runner that takes in (EUMETCast) product files and sends them on to final destinations on disk if the data covers the area of interest (determined from metadata in the filename)
There wasn't any automatic git-based version-handling before, but now there is. I know versioneer is not optimal as it isn't maintained, but hadn't any alternative at hand when I did this
The nagios hook was hardcoded for ascat only, now it is general, and applies to IASI and ASCAT, which are the two instrument-data-flows supported so far
