Request: Provide wheels for Python 3.13 #46

Python 3.13 is releasing October 7th 2024 (that's tomorrow as of opening this issue). The sdist builds, but it'd be nice not having to do so.

As mentioned in the README, this project is no longer being updated. Use the winrt-* packages instead which have many bug fixes and supports Python 3.13 already.
