Thanks for producing this package, it does a great job of generating WES reads! However, when I run simuReads with more than one population, the program outputs the files to the root directory instead of the output directory that I have specified. This issue should be easy to replicate as it occurs when running the config_test_tumor.txt file that is provided. I have tried different configurations and both absolute and local file paths for the output directory, and nothing seems to fix this issue. I am running the program on google cloud.
