[BUG] Dropping items in apt deletes them #551

Summary

If you drop an item inside your apartment, it just deletes it instead of creating a bag

Reproduction

  1. drop item in apartment from inventory
  2. item gone

Expected behavior

drops bag on ground like outside apartment

Actual behavior

deletes item
