Missing translation strings in WebUI and needs update for translator names

qBittorrent & operating system versions

qBittorrent: 4.4.4 x64 Operating system: Windows 10 Pro 21H2/2009 10.0.19044 x64

What is the problem?

These strings are missing in WebUI:

"Python is required to use the search engine but it does not seem to be installed. Do you want to install it now?"
"There aren't any search plugins installed. Click the "Search plugins..." button at the bottom right of the window to install some."

Torrent Management Modes strings are missing for "Add Torrent File" and "Add Torrent Link" dialogs:

"Manual"
"Automatic"

"To" and "From" strings needs to be separeted as in the client of qBittorrent for "OptionsDialog:From start time, OptionsDialog:To end time" and "OptionsDialog:From sender, OptionsDialog:To receiver"

"Close", "Maximize" and "Restore" baloon strings are missing where the top right corner of the dialogs (+ and x signs)

In Help > About> Translaters tab, Turkish translators Hasan YILMAZ and Erdem Bingöl are not exist anymore, please remove the names

Yes. Followings are stilll not done for WebUI

"To" and "From" strings needs to be separeted as in the client of qBittorrent for "OptionsDialog:From start time, OptionsDialog:To end time" and "OptionsDialog:From sender, OptionsDialog:To receiver"

"Close", "Maximize" and "Restore" baloon strings are missing where the top right corner of the dialogs (+ and x signs)

And this one:
