RSS downloader rule to use all feeds #1805

When creating a download rule there is no easy way to apply all feeds to that rule other than ticking them all one by one which I have 30+ of. A select all check box or or something similar would be nice.

+1 Even if you tick them all, when you add a new feed you'll have to update each of your existing rules one by one...

With my PR #6345 you could organise the feeds into folders (or under a single folder) and then check/uncheck the folder.

Would make a lot of sense if the rules were applied to all feeds unless one or more feeds were selected.
