# apt-get update
before you try to install with # apt-get install qbittorrent
And if you're a beginner, you're not supposed to be using Kali.
This is not a qbittorrent issue and should be close its the issue a noob who has no clue how debian package managers work (no offence) or a issue with kali linux and its repositories.
