The issue was originally from QCR Tools prior to the separation of QCR Tools and the System Configs Tool.

Needs further investigation as whether this has been resolved or dissolved in recent work.

I didn't touch this functionality, but it may already exist with the --restore flag. The back up location is at /var/qcr/back-up
