Enhancement: Rating Filter #3

Could be cool to also have a rating filter applied to playlist generation.

For instance you could search for 5-7 star songs that have a 80% or higher rating.

ScoreSaber doesn't have ratings, but I could request song ratings from BeatSaver.

Will add it when I organize the UI better. Currently the in game UI is kind of hard to add more stuff

Sounds good - I really appreciate this plugin so much I updated to 1.19.0 just for it. It's great for discovering new songs and cranking up the start rating as I outgrow the old ones.
