Finish all TODOs #22

Once issue #20 is resolved, all remaining things will be in the TODOs of the code. Transpose them into issues and solve them one by one.

Update : To close this particular issue, I will do the following.

Iterate over all TODOs in the code. For the very minor ones, solve them immediately. For the rest, open a issue for them and remove them from the code comments.
