Error by impoting Points and Lines styles format "xml" format file

What is the bug or the crash?

Error by importing Points and Lines styles form "xml" format file. With version Hannover eveything was good, there wasnt damaged symbols and lines but with every newest version of Qgis that mistake existing still. So Qgis damage my Pointsymbols and my Linsymbols, not all, but many.Before wanst like that.
