Start account to use Amazon Transcribe account. Inputs: WAV, MP3 Output: JSON

Time: Hour or two max.

Test: Have API keys.

"Amazon Transcribe supports both 16 kHz and 8kHz audio streams, and multiple audio encodings, including WAV, MP3, MP4 and FLAC."

They have java sdk's along with a variety of languages on their site
