"How to contribute" page

I think it can be useful to write a page (like a contribute.mdx) where we can explain how to contribute to the projext:

• on the code;
• providing tutorials;
• writing new notebooks;
• etc.

Ok, a global one is not bad, but the best placement for this info is in the CONTRIBUTING.md file in each repo:

Notice that you can also place it in the .github folder, i.e. .github/CONTRIBUTING.md.
