Not something we can fix, but documenting it here as a reminder that the radar visualization and georeferenceing code will need to be robust to this.
This seems to have happened in some of the PSTs where "tears" were a problem. (This included ICP6 & ICP7 seasons.)
The ones that I saw problems with were:
Some are missing only a few traces; other are missing half the radargram.
