Updated target temp from 45c to 50c to allow for an upgraded 40mm fan to manage board temps in typical ambient conditions.

Added info and link to a tested 4020 fan that will allow for reuse of the stock mainboard cover while still significantly increasing airflow.

I agree with adding the link for the 4020 fan, it's an easy upgrade for people who don't want an 80mm fan.

I am not sure about the temp change, I'll defer to @stew675 or @vega-d on that one.
